Practitionor: Anish Kapoor and friends
Earlier this year Chinese dissident artist Ai Weiwei recorded a gangnam style video, dancing handcuffed, sending a message to the Chinese authorities who responded by banning the video as soon as it came online. British-Indian artist Anish Kapoor
made a short film “Gangnam for Freedom” to advocate the freedom of expression in support of Ai Weiwei. The short film deploys possibilities of using pop music and dancing as a means of expressing political messages.
